1. Stablishment of Vast-
The Vast an Aerospace Company was founded by an entrepreneur named Jeb McCaleb in the year 2021 and officially opened in september 2022 with the goal to developing first space station with artificial gravity to ensure Human presence beyond our solar system. With this goal company make many development in its hardware, gather assets,and employees and world level recognition.
The headquarter of Vast is Long Beach California US. Currently the Max Hoat is CEO and Jeb McCaleb is the owner of company.
2. Space Station Built By Vast-
A. Haven-1
World's first commercial space station to be targeted to launch in May 2026 by the help of SpaceX Falcon-9 rocket. It will orbiting around the earth at the height of 425 Km from ground and 51.6 degree orbit. The total volume of Heaven-1 is about 80 M³ (pressurized volume) and 45 M³ is habitable volume where 4 crew members can be habitat up to 2 weeks. It's mass about 14500kg and need 13200 w of power.
Heaven-1 consider as an orbital laboratory where both private and government astronauts can make fulfull their missions.
B. Haven-2
Haven-2 is primarily designed to succeeding our existing International Space Station after its retirement in 2031, is more advance, reliable, cost-effective, on-time, more capable and more versatile will roadmap to launch in 2028 maybe by using ISRO's LVM-III rocket engine.
It will continue to make astronauts missions non stop before retirement of ISS retirement in 2031. It will be built in heritage of Haven-1 with more advance feature and capabilities.
It will orbiting around the earth at the height of 425 Km from ground and 51.6 degree orbit. The total volume of Haven-2 is about 1160 M³ (pressurized volume) and 500 M³ is habitable volume where 12 crew members can be habitat up to 720 days. It's mass about 100000 kg and need 300000 w of power.
Further Vast will make more efficient and more advance 110 meter long "spinning sticks" space station who will act as artificial gravity space station by the year 2030. By the year 2040 Vast will make another fully developed space station "proliferate station fleet."
Thus Vast will ensuring the long-term living and thriving in the space beyond our solar system and making great work for humanity and expanding life appearance in the space.
