Currently the Sun has more then 5 numbers of active coronal holes. Generally solar storm bursts from these holes get wanes but Now-a-days these bursts could surge in solar wind which can affect our planet too. The elevated solar storms can disturb our Earth geomagnetic field.

Space Weather Update: Recently Sun Flares 9 Times, Solar Wind Could Surge In This Week-
The Sun has active coronal regions which Flares 9 times on Tuesday,20 May. The intensity of solar flares 3 of 9 is Cs (common) and 6 is B (weak). Most high intensity flares was at 5.54 UTC on 20 May was C5.3 level.
Earth facing solar disc has 4 numbered coronal active regions. Once again, at an unnumbered region solar activity a leading solar flare detected. And this lost gamma magnetic confurgation.
A filamental eruption throws vast amount of plasma in the space. And this flare ejection mass amount of coronal particals, happens at 1 UTC on 19 May which reach by 23 May on earth.
The speed of solar wind due to this flare is peak about 580 Km/s and reducing up to 460 Km/s in last 24 hrs. And the geomagnetic field of earth is between quite an un settled at kp=2-32.
How Space Weather Affects Earth's Atmosphere This Week-
Low-to-Moderate Flare-
In this week chances of Sun Flare activity is M: 35% (moderate) and strong is X, 5%.
Upcoming Geomagnetic forecast-
At this time on Wednesday 21 May is unsettled kp=3. But by the 22 to 24 May it could be increase as upcoming mass amount of coronal particals from filamental eruption.
What Is Side-effects Of Solar Storm Bursts-
As mention above the high intensity in Sun Flares and filamental eruption throws mass amount of coronal particals on earth side which disturbs Earth's geomagnetic field which could block the radio signals, blocks satellites data transmission, power grid stations disruptions, international flight difficulties in some regions.
It may damage the solar cell of some satellites, high radiation on space station, errors in navigation system, astronauts radiation, crew and passenger radiation on international flights, signal scintillating disturbances, inchance ionospheric currents and disturbances. Aroras and other atmospheric effects, cellular disturbances etc.
